Very thorough and gave good advice
I always feel a bit nervous about visiting dental hygienists but I will not have any worries now about visiting Plamena. She made me feel as comfortable as possible, was very thorough and gave good advice. For the first time my mouth felt cleaner than ever before. I look forward now to my next visit.

2 small fillings
I went for 2 small fillings but was in for almost 2 hours. I suspect that the reason was that the dentist I saw on this visit had only started at the practice on the Monday [my appointment was the Thursday] so I suspect that she was going slowly to make sure that she did everything correctly with no mistakes. The senior dentist visited the treatment room twice during the treatment to check on progress.
I have no complaints regarding the treatment received.

Careful and thorough
I visited Young Smile on Friday 5th September for an appointment with Mya. This was my first appointment with Mya and I’m happy to say it was a very positive experience. Mya put me at my ease, was very friendly and discussed with me details of the procedure. She was careful and thorough.
The reception staff were friendly and efficient.
