I was really impressed
This was my first appointment with Conrad and I was really impressed by his manner, his attention to detail and thoroughness. He asked on a number of occasions if I was ok for him to continue. The dental assistant was also very good and seemed to have a great rapport with Conrad.
And reception was also very friendly,

Excellent care from Plamena. She's very patient at explaining where I need to concentrate on and which interdental brush to use. The Reception staff are very friendly too.
The dental chairs are really comfortable!

My Dental appointment was really easy to set up and when I had picked the date that was best for me I was kept up to date with a reminder the day before my appointment. When I got to the Dental surgery they couldn’t do enough for you.
