This was a big deal for me after all the historical trauma I faced as a child attending a dentist. I was in extreme pain with an infection and had to face my fear. All the staff in Alford are very patient with me, and Ross with his calm collective manner, explains every step of my treatments, putting me at ease. I no longer have that heavy fear, I thank you all :))))

The care and treatment from Justin and the team is truly person-centred and of an exceptional standard. As someone who has required a number of visits recently, I cannot recommend this Dental Practice highly enough. From the lovely reception staff (so kind and helpful on every phone call and visit) to the dental nurses and dentists, every one of the team is polite, friendly and professional. Justin, Fiona and Ross all have such a calm manner and explain everything clearly so that I feel at ease in their care. Thank you for all you care and treatment - an amazing team providing excellent service.

Before I came to this dentist and saw Justin, I had a severe fear of dentists. I would have to be sedated to have any work done. My mind was put totally at ease and ow no longer fear going. All the staff are wonderful. Would totally recommend this dentist.
