Professional and thorough treatment received during my recent hygienist appointment. Grateful to receive advice regarding improving and maintaining dental health.
Only negative comment would be that I noticed the hygienist assistant didn’t wash her hands before putting gloves on but hopefully this was a ‘one off’ occurrence.

We also appreciate you bringing up your concern regarding the assistant’s handwashing—this is definitely something we take seriously, and we'll address it with our team to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are always followed.
Without wanting to sound defensive we need to say that hands are washed between the procedures but not necessarily as the patient enters the room.

Welcoming and professional team
The receptionist, dental and/or hygienist staff always greet all the patients with a warm, welcoming smile. The professionalism, care, and attention to detail … always seeking the approval of the patient is the care readily provided by Watercress Dental House.
With my residential address in Reading, I have never, and will never alter my Dentist or their wider team to an alternative dental practice.
Simply put, they are some of the most welcoming and professional team that I have experienced. They come warmly recommended.
