Molar extraction
James was very reassuring on the day, and explained to me what exactly he was going to do. I was able to listen to music and he talked me through each stage of the extraction as he was doing it. It helped to reduce my nervousness. I was given very thorough information afterwards, about how to look after myself over the next 2 weeks. I am writing this on the day after the extraction and I feel fine, no painkillers needed today.

Service with a Smile
Watercress Dental is a clean and friendly Dental Surgery. The staff are all so lovely. The reception area is a calm, peaceful environment with such friendly, helpful staff. I am not a fan of visiting the dentist but Marcello was so gentle and calm and put me at ease. He advised constantly as to what he was checking, progress, etc. and gave me a thorough examination. Toilets are spotlessly clean and free parking is a bonus.

As always, I argue with Marcello the cost but never feel I am being ripped off as I was the last time I used an NHS dentist. Marcello will never dream up a problem. He gives a very thorough examination of the mouth to check for cancer.

Laura has a very lovely way about her. Puts you at ease, tells you what she’ll be doing before hand. She put topical local on first and I told her not to worry just go for it. She was so gentle I could hardly feel it.
She checked my teeth thoroughly before she started the preparation. In case things have changed since my last visit.
Would definitely recommend her to anyone.
