I attended my appointment today with Madeleine the hygienist. I would highly recommend this lady, especially if you have had a bad experience elsewhere. Madeleine is conscientious and works with her patients to give a pain free experience. Highly competent and succeeds in giving a good result. Thank you Madeleine.

Just a lovely review for Watercress Dental -
Absolutely lovely staff who care about their patients, a big shout out to Madeleine for taking the time & care with me (I’m such a anxious person when it comes to dentists that I have to been sedated) but I’ve been 3 times already and they all have made me feel safe, confident and comfortable!

Brilliant service
I was given a morning appointment the day after I lost part of a front tooth having bitten into a Brazil nut. Katie and her lovely colleague on reception were very helpful and friendly while dentist, Marcello, proved to me that he is a magician having restored my familiar smile. Thank you team!

Fantastic
I thought the hygienist was fantastic. My appointment was on time, she explained everything she was going to do to my teeth. She was thoughtful and very thorough. It was the best clean I have ever had, my husband even said my teeth looked whiter than when I had them whitened!

We are aware we run late on occasions of a considerable amount of time.
Generally this is due to the fact that we try to be task focused rather than time focused, we always try to strike the best balance in between the interests of the patient on the chair and the interest of the patient in the waiting room.
Having said that, by all means we do accept that sometimes this delay may be due to inefficiency or errors and as such it is possible that the delay you have suffered was avoidable and therefore unacceptable.
We do value your feedback and would appreciate you could email us to give us all the necessary details in a confidential setting at [email protected] so we can investigate the incident and learn from our mistake.

Delighted with the treatment
As always delighted with the treatment received by Marcello and his dental nurse, I have spent my life being petrified of dentists but when I discovered Marcello everything changed. The receptionist have always been helpful and pleasant.
