Had appointment with Anna on February 16th. It was on time and all care explained including home care for hygiene. It could not have been better and I felt very reassured.

I broke my tooth at lunchtime and it had been repaired by tea time!
Very pleased with the service and the tooth is fine.
I think the charge of £241 was very high.

Patience and kindness

The treatment I received was exceptionally professional and the patience and kindness of the specialist and nurse was beyond the call of duty. I am currently suffering from cancer and a fractured spine and they both made me as comfortable as possible during what was a long process for me as laying down is very painful.

Tooth extraction

After a cracked molar swelled up suddenly, it needed to be immediately removed. Marcelo and his team worked very swiftly to fit me in for an appointment and he took care of the problem in his usual calm, efficient, and skilled manner. A great response from the Watercress team - much appreciated.

Checkup and hygienist

Very happy with my treatments today. Checkup always seems thorough and any issues are explained.
Hygienist was as gentle as she could be. She explained what she was doing and any improvements you can make to brushing but I did not feel like I was being told off.
The dentist and hygienist checked each other's notes.
