I needed to have a crown and I was TERRIFIED. I really do not like going to the Dentist. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. Laura was brilliant. She explained everything in great detail so that I knew what to expect. I was able to plug in to my own music to avoid the noise of the drill - it goes right through me! The whole procedure was painless and done efficiently and with kindness. I would highly recommend Watercress Dental.
