It is such a pleasure to go to the dentist at Watercress. Marchello and his staff are brilliant and thorough. I have been to other dentists around the area and in my opinion this is a brilliant dental surgery. I have not need to go anywhere else!

I feel reassured
Marcello took the time to really listen to me. He seemed genuinely interested in what my experience was and how it was impacting my life. Even though we both decided the treatment was not needed, I feel reassured because everything was explained well. He didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear.
I left knowing a little more about my next steps and feeling that the consultation had been very useful.
At times I have felt shut down or not listened to in trying to resolve some of these dental/medical issues, but today it was a very different experience.

Friendly, welcoming, caring and efficient
My wife and I have been attending Watercress Dental now for at least five years. During that period we have nothing but praise for the performance of the whole team, not least Marcelo.
We now live several hours' drive away after leaving Alton, but we have not even thought about changing our dentist due to the trust we have with the whole team there.

On asking for an appointment I was given one the same day. I was received in a friendly manner and my reason for seeking it was enquired into. I was then invited to submit to several tests being undertaken to which I consented. All were conducted in a very competent and professional manner which included a brief explanation for what was to be done. On completion, I was given an explanation for the discomfort I had experienced and advised that it should soon clear up completely without any treatment being needed. I left feeling reassured and much relieved.

I attended my hygienist appointment on Monday with Miriam. I was greeted by a cheerful and friendly receptionist. My hygienist, Miriam is a truly lovely person who did her best to ensure she did not cause me pain. She knew I had suffered a bad experience with an hygienist previously and went out of her way to do an expert job while not causing suffering. I cannot recommend her too highly.
