While it’s not exactly a pleasure visiting the dentist at any time, I never worry about my appointments at Watercress as everyone is always very pleasant, polite and professional. I would certainly recommend.

Sparkling Teeth
I had a hygienist appointment today with Madeline and I have to say it was the best one I’ve ever had, she used this pressure washer type thing which was very comfortable and my teeth are gleaming.
Also saw Marcello for a problem that had arisen after work in a different practice, he is so kind and caring and nothing is too much trouble.

I was seen promptly. I was nervous as I was to have 2 fillings in front teeth and I'm scared of needles (the pain, mostly). But Maryam gave me anaesthetic gel to numb my mouth and has a kind, gentle manner that made me feel respected. I can't thank her enough.

When it comes to dentistry, Marcello really is the ‘maestro’. Yesterday he was carrying out repair work to one of my fillings and he was so calm, careful and gentle, that I almost fell asleep!

I was treated by Mr A Khan and was very impressed with the surgical technique including the pain free anaesthetic injection.
The care taken over the procedure and the state of the art scanning equipment was excellent.

Excellent professional service
My appointment was only for a check-up required prior to starting bisphosphonate infusions, so I didn’t have any treatment per se. It was carried out with care and sensitivity. Recommendations were made for future non-urgent treatment and a cost estimate for this was provided. All in all, I was very satisfied with the care taken to discuss and provide me with information.
