Had a long overdue trip to the hygenist yesterday. I have to say Anna was superb, probably the best hygiene treatment I have ever had.
She was very thorough as well as careful.

I was not looking forward to my appointment, as my dentist retired in February. But I was pleasantly surprised. I had a new dentist who was very friendly and kept me at ease. She was very thorough and told me what she was doing at all times. And to save me going to a hygienist she cleaned my teeth thoroughly. In all times I had been to see Tom I had never had to go the hygienist, he said I always did a good job myself.

Strengthen two front teeth
My two top front teeth had become thin and the edge was starting to chip so I came in for strengthening.
My two teeth were the same size but unfortunately now one is longer than the other.
The process was very well executed, great care was taken and I was asked throughout the process if I was ok and I was comfortable and appreciated the care that was being taken.
The colour matching is perfect.
I was given a mirror to have a look at the results and made the comment that they weren’t level and was laid back and a small amount taken off the longer one but it is still not in line with the other which is a slight disappointment because otherwise the whole process was a success.

Not only did I manage to get an appointment very quickly and at a time that was convenient for me, but the quality of the care that was provided and the level of information that was given to me prior to my wisdom tooth extraction were second to none. I have been a patient at Watercress Dental Surgery for twenty five years. I have always been happy with my treatment, both in reception, with the various hygienists and in the dentist’s chair. Everyone has made what can be a daunting experience almost enjoyable ( almost!)
Marcello has looked after my teeth most of this time, and the fact that I still have almost all of them , well into my seventies, is to his credit. ( the ones I don’t have were lost before I came to Alton ) I would certainly recommend the surgery without hesitation.
