This has been my dental practice for many years and I have always found it a friendly professional practice where you can be confident that the treatment you receive will be of an extremely high standard.

Implant consultation

I turned up 5 minutes early for my 10am appointment, I had an X-ray 10:15 and I then just sat around while other people came in with later appointments were seen before me. I did not get to see the implant consultant as I had to leave at 11:40 to catch a train, but I think that waiting 100 minutes was long enough.

we are very sorry to hear about your disappointment at our Open Day event. and for having wasted your time. Once again, please accept our sincere apologies, This was a free-of-charge event which attracted more patients than expected. We reflected on this incident even before receiving your feedback, and we all agreed that we could have managed the patients' flow more efficiently around your appointment.

I believe we apologised to you on the day and the opportunity to rebook an appointment free of charge.

The event turned out to be very popular and we had a high rate of booking but in addition, we also had walk-in appointments.
We did prioritise the booked appointment but even then, the walk-in appointments inevitably aggravated the congestion,
which also created some confusion among our reception staff

Once again, we are very sorry for wasting your time.

I do not visit the hygienist as much as I should but my recent visit may change my mind. Excellent treatment and useful tips, with a friendly and charming manner and whilst uncomfortable every care was taken to ensure I was ok throughout.

Appointment with Madeleine on 30.1.2023 was on time, things explained and all went well.
Appt. 24.07.23 was perfect with everything explained and my comments listened to and answered. Left feeling so much better!
Appt.2.5.24with Marcello for routine check up. He was very thorough and treated sharp edges on old fillings and took xrays . All on time and with careful care!
Appointment on September 30th was well on time for a replacement filling and was done smoothly and efficiently in 20 minutes.
Appt 18.02.25 with Anna was on time, thorough and carefully done.

Emergency appointment

I was seen within 4 hrs from 1st call. Diagnosis good and treatment after 2 X-rays was explained fully and booked for treatment within 3days. The symptoms disappeared the next day!!! So appointment cancelled. Hopefully things stay OK. All my thanks.
