Have been going to Watercress for several years to see Marcello and the Madeline the hygienist.
This morning I had an issue with a crown on my front tooth cracking and falling off - which left me tearful and looking like a toothless crone. I called and was seen within a couple of hours (them working through their lunch break) to fix my tooth.
I could of kissed Marcello for working his magic.
Fantastic practice, and I highly recommend!

The only point I disagree is :" ably led by Marcello" You should know it's Alice, Saima, Akriti and Shohreh who are taking care of the whole operation... I just do as I am told...it seems to work!

Conscious sedation
Am a very nervous patient, had an extraction under conscious sedation. Jaume Escoda- Frankoli was very nice, I loved the "happy juice" expression, as were both the nurses in attendance and put me at my ease. I didn't feel a thing nor do I remember the extraction happening. Virtually pain free afterwards, following the instructions given for aftercare. Would highly recommend this method and would like to have this every dental visit!!!

The Watercress Dentists are always, over the last 10 years, providers of excellent dental service. Everything from the telephone answer service, the efficiency and cleanliness of the reception and waiting room, to the outstanding dental treatment which in my case is normally from Tom Rands could not be better.

Didn't even feel the needle
First filling and terrified of needles but I was made to feel calm and didn't even feel the needle, appointment was much shorter than I anticipated so all good!

Very happy
I was very happy with the dentist's work for restoration on the inside of one of my lower front teeth. The work was carried out very professionally, carefully and quickly with due consideration for my comfort. The restoration was of a very good colour match and resulted in a much-improved appearance of my lower front teeth.
