Kind, professional service
I saw Adil Ahmed very quickly for an emergency appointment, and he referred me in to another dentist who saw me the same day and did a scan, so he was aware of the problem. He explained things very carefully and I have a further appointment for root canal treatment as soon as they can fit me in. Kind, professional service from both dentists, their nurses and the receptionist, could not have been better (though I am not looking forward to the treatment I am sure I will be treated with the utmost kindness )

The reception staff - Esther & Louise - could not have been more friendly & helpful in getting me an emergency appointment for the same day. Thank you! The 4 stars is for the cost: having understood the cost for the appointment was £75 (quoted by phone on booking - I was happy to pay this as it was so last minute) I was actually charged over £200 as the appointment was done based on the length of time I spent in the chair. I had not appreciated that & left feeling rather embarrassed.

The dental hygienist was lovely
I was very impressed with how calm and relaxing the waiting area is with background music as well. The dental hygienist was lovely and went through everything and we discussed different aspects of my treatment with no rush. She was very careful and had a very steady hand and I am now not so fearful of another visit.

I would recommend them highly
I was seen at short notice and reception gave me a same day appointment which was much appreciated as I was in pain.
Laura and her nurse Karina were most welcoming and very reassuring. Having been examined it was a relief to know I did have an infection and would be given antibiotics to clear it and ease the pain. Laura took time to tell me how to look after my dental hygiene in the meantime and advice on painkillers.
They were both so lovely, I would recommend them highly, a credit to the company.
