My husband had a wisdom tooth extracted today and we couldn't be happier with the care he received. Receptionists were kind and welcoming. The appointment started right on time, which was greatly appreciated.
Before the treatment my husband was absolutely petrified and feeling anxious. However, doctor Girish Bharadwaj and the dental assistant were excellent. They were patient and reassuring throughout, taking the time to explain everything and helping him feel much calmer. Their professionalism made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.

Outstanding
I want to state I never been under a dentist that I've trusted since a wee girl but Ochalveiw have changed my mind on dentists, the best team ever. Never thought I'd ever smile again but every step has been outstanding. Being sick and the biggest fear of dentists, I can walk through that door and come back out smiling. Credit to Armadale and to the industry

First visit which was a really positive experience. Was able to explain my concerns and dentist listened and was very considerate while at the same time being professional. No work was required, will have no hesitation to book a check up in 6 months.

I moved to Ochilview only over the last few months and have been very impressed with their business.
When requesting appointments they tend to be only within a few days, my last dentist took months.
My first appointment with them was very thorough, they covered everything and asked about future dental treatment plans and actually asked opinion without pushing agendas and rushing me, which was refreshing. They were also happy to discuss prices as we went to allow me to budget accordingly.
The premises is modern and fresh, and staff are friendly. My dentist is very pleasant, knowledgeable and informative and his work has been very good quality so far.
I contacted several of my family members after my initial appointment, to recommend the business as I was very impressed.
I look forward to many years with them, knowing I'm happy with their reliability.

All good in terms of dentist, reception etc. one consistent issue is regarding dentist sticking to appointment time. This is frequently an issue. I understand things can get out of step as the day progresses however my appointment was 09:00 this morning and taken 09:10-09:15. This is a consistent theme which could be improved
