Hygenist visit before braces
Akindapo took time to put me at ease and check if I had had a hygiene appointment before. The only thing he did not do 100% was to remind me if I needed a break or if something was uncomfortable to raise my hand. My mum noticed I was not comfortable and asked him to stop for a minute. After a couple of minutes Akindapo continued and all was well. Aftercare and follow up was also well explained. Thank you.

Good
I was very impressed
Unusually for me, I felt rather anxious about my treatment today. I decided to share this with the dentist and the nurse who both went to great lengths to reassure me about the procedure and to make me feel comfortable. They checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I was still okay. The process itself was painless and the dentist was very careful with the way she treated me and meticulous with the detail and finishing off process – in fact, the whole process, she took particular care and attention in a way that I’ve not seen in a very long time. I was very impressed with the way that she proceeded with my treatment today, from a patient’s point of view. I walked out feeling much less stressed than when I walked in. Thank you.

Emergency treatment
It was very quick to get an emergency appointment on Saturday morning, for a broken tooth, which was fixed in no time at all and I was on my way to chew my lunch.

Kind hygienist
Anwen was kind and friendly. She provided a thorough check and clean of my teeth and gums. She explained what she was doing and worked efficiently. Great service! However, I hadn't been informed in advance that my dentist appointment had been cancelled. Also, I was surprised to learn there is now a £35 fee to book an appointment. That seems excessive, especially with people struggling to pay for treatment they need. If this is to reduce non attendance, it should be deducted from treatment fees for those who do attend.
