Recommended
From checking in via the friendly receptionist to seeing the hygienist and dentist, check up was done efficiently and informative, making my 6 monthly appointment easy and paying for my treatment.
The service definitely has my 5 star vote and I would recommend Eastgate Dental Centre.

Hygienist was really friendly, stopped treatment when painful and lowered pressure and suction and started again with no problems. She even remembered what I did for work and made conversation

Top marks to all for customer service
The care from both the dentist and assistant. The dentist explained everything he was going to do before he did anything and answered all of my questions. The assistant was very good at using the suction machine to remove debris from my mouth, which meant I didn't have to swallow very much. The reception staff were also very good and explained that the computer was working slowly this morning, which meant a delay in booking me in. Other than a very slight delay in being booked in, everything was perfect in spite of the fact that I needed an injection and some drilling for what needed to be done today.
Top marks to all for customer service, care, clarity of explanation and generally being considerate and lovely! ?

Eastgate Dental Centre
The Dentist, first time I have seen her, did all her checks and concluded what the problem is. However it's been a very painful day although the first day on the antibiotics, which sadly are not pain killers.
