My dentist and dental nurses are always very polite and friendly, my dentist always explains all my options.

My experience

The hygienist is very knowledgable and professional. I will visit her again. She clearly stood out.
But:
The receptionist did not fully engage when I refused to book my next hygienist appointment in advance and pay a deposit.
I have never missed an appointment and made the point that I should not be penalised for other patients failure to attend their appointments. She should have given me the opportunity to escalate my complaint.

I completely understand the issue of patients failing to attend appointments and the cost to the practice. But a blanket policy is not the solution.
