I feel well looked after

Though my Dentist was late to attend to me due to work pressure, I am still very happy with him because he made a special effort to come to the reception and picked me up himself. This made a difference.

Brilliant hygienist

Monica is a brilliant hygienist. Helpful, honest and seems to genuinely care about the person in front of her. She is clear about the treatment recommended and is aware of cost implications on individuals. She is the only reason I will pay the higher prices instead of going elsewhere.

Welcoming, made me feel relaxed

Reception very efficient and polite. I witnessed a member of the public being rude to one of them, they’re doing a job they don’t deserve that.
Dentist and dental nurse welcoming and made me feel relaxed.
