My experience

My routine appointments (Hygeienist then Dentis) were both on time and efficient.
My only gripe is the the practice has stopped printing appointment cards. These served as reminders for me to add the appointments to my calendar. You have to replace them with email and texts. These are too easily buried in the many hundreds of emails I receive each day. Perhaps if you sent the texts with a calendar invite then it would be easier to add to my calendar when I see the message.

Clear explanations

The detailed examination and clear explanations provided by the dentist, who was able to work with me in my wheelchair rather than having to transfer.

Amazing

The receptionist who dealt with us was very friendly and helpful and our dentist Oliver is just amazing. He puts you at ease and explains everything and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients.

The practice is free of clutter. No waiting. This is NOW a dental Practice. All staff friendly and considerate.

Emergency appointmen

Very appreciative for emergency appointment and understand how busy it is but for me waiting for 2hrs was very difficult as I have serious back and neck issues, staff are amazing and professional but would have helped if they were a bit more aware.
