The hygienist was friendly and gentle taking time to ensure she had completed the clean and providing feedback and suggestions. She is an asset to your business. Receptionists however downstairs are poor and more interested in getting other things done than acknowledging and dealing with customers.

Kind and considerate

It was an emergency appointment so I hadn't seen this dentist before, he was so kind and considerate of my fear but I wasn't happy that I had been left in this position where I needed an emergency appointment.

Our dentist Sara is amazing. Her kindness and humanity stood out. Her knowledge and professionalism are outstanding.
