My experience
Hygienist and assistant brilliant, approachable, informative, friendly, professional.
Dentist, however, not a people person, a bit curt and far too quick in explaining her recommendations. Procedure was rough, and I was barely in there for 3 minutes, and had to ask if that was everything so as I could leave.

5 stars from me.
Can't be too many people who enjoy visiting their dentist but I do at Eastgate - well, obviously other than if they're pulling any of my teeth out! Always find the staff to be personable and professional. It's obviously a business that's going places commercially but I never feel pressured into buying anything I don't feel I need and they do seem to have my dental interests at heart. It's 5 stars from me.

Explains things clearly
The dentist I see is always very considerate, friendly, listens well, is reassuring, explains things clearly and puts me at ease. I no longer dread going to the dentist as I know he will take care of my dental needs and any concerns I have. Thank you!

They work hard to get the best result
The staff care, all of them. They work hard to get the best result for patients. Every time I go I am shocked by how different they are to all the de tests I have had in the past. I am not an easy patient but the team work with me and do a great job.

A very timely, ordered service
Was called before my appointment time, clear feedback from dentist. Seemed to be very few people in waiting room which suggested a very timely, ordered service. Reception seemed less than courteous on arrival, but warmer after my appointment and smiled!
