Kind, patient and very informative

Elaine was kind, patient and very informative ( key for me as a health care worker) gave me information about my health issues which could affect mouth care, up to date and evidence based ( which I checked, as it was relevant and I was unaware of this).
No judgement care from this professional. Very personal approach had read my notes in detail which came across immediately in her address to me when I entered her examination room. Evident she cared about the individual, slow adjustment of my head due to my medical condition. Demonstrated passion for her vocation. Very happy with care provided.
