Just a check-up
On entering the Reception Area, I was greeted by a queue! However, this was not surprising as one receptionist was dealing with a patient on the phone who wouldn't stop talking. The second receptionist was dealing with a patient in person who appeared to have a problem. Both receptionists were patient and helpful and apologised when I eventually got attended to. My appointment was for 12 noon and I was seen by Mr Binesh at 12.05. He was, as usual, polite pleasant and very professional. My teeth were checked and advice given. Unlike my former dentist, I was not offered a filling where I thought I might need one, as Mr Binesh advised that it wasn't necessary. I asked for a referral to the hygienist appointment and that was agreed.
Back at reception the girls were first class in dealing with my bill and further appointment.

Went as emergency, seen immediately. Female dentist and her assistant were absolutely first class. I cannot praise them enough. Tooth extracted painfree. Brilliant.
