Check-up went well and family appointments work well but when I tried to register my 7 month old I was told they are not taking on new patients and haven’t since 2019!
So my youngest will have to go to a different dentist - logistically far from ideal.

Clean, spacious airy waiting room. Friendly and professional receptionist. On-time appointment. Dentist informative and very approachable, an all round calming visit for a nervous patient.

Pleasant staff.
However...
Very expensive hygienist. £70 for 15 minutes, wow. I will not be having 6-monthly appointments.

My experience
The quality and standard of care from my long standing regular dentist and hygienists.
However, the hiked prices were somewhat disturbing. Please consider lowering your prices. Where as I appreciate COL has caused increased costs, I do not think the value for money I have experienced for many years from the Eastgate practice is being reflected in the practice anymore.
