Very gentle

Excellent practice the staff and always friendly and helpful. The dentist I saw was very friendly and professional, explained everything clearly and was very gentle. At the end of the appointment I felt like I was a very important client and nothing was too much trouble.

Hygienist was excellent

Hygienist was excellent. Explained process and cleaning method. I’m a scaredy cat at the dentist but all went well.

Extremely professional and friendly experience

I was given an appointment for the next day with an emergency dentist when part of my filling sheared off. Sarah was excellent. I had a thorough exam, x-ray and a comprehensive explanation of the treatment she would recommend. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the extremely professional and friendly service I received. The lady on reception was also very helpful, kind & professional. Well done Eastgate Dental Team!

A very pleasant experience

First visit to Eastgate Dental practice and it was a very pleasant experience. No hassle or waiting about and all forms filled out online. Have waited so long to be accepted as an NHS patient but very happy! The dentist was called Sarah and she was thorough and helpful and very kind. I would recommend

Dental practice opened on time. Receptionist polite, welcoming and efficient. Directions to the dentist’s surgery were clear. Dentist was keen to get accurate information and history. Check up was thorough. Feed back was excellent. Very impressive.
