I have only been with Eastgate for a year but whenever I have been the receptionists have always been friendly and polite, and the dentists and hygienists who I have seen have all been very kind and friendly too!

I am a person with a great fear of dentist's - having had a traumatic experience 70 years ago with the dreaded 'school clinic of the 1950's.' I saw Pratic Shah yesterday, who put me at ease, was kind and considerate and seemed to understand my difficulties, he also went to great detail to explain what was to come next. This kind service is unbeatable. It won't STOP my future fears, - the fear begins several days before the appointment - but I know I will be looked after. 10/10*
