Very clean and reception staff were pleasant and helpful. I had a wisdom tooth extraction booked and was very nervous. My dentist was very gentle and patient and extracted the tooth with very little blood or discomfort.

Appointment with the hygienist was really helpful. She advised on general tech care but in particular more efficient brushing. Teeth felt great afterwards.

Had root canal treatment with Sarah, excellent care would highly recommend my dentist and this practice.

On time, lovely hygienist, talked through what she was doing and introduced me to her assistant, that has never happened before.

For the past three months I am pleased that the practice has reverted back to its pre-pandemic status. Rishi and the team are extremely accommodating and I am receiving an excellent service.

I have used Eastgate dental for around 15 years and until the pandemic always had an efficient and professional service. Unfortunately since post pandemic it has been very unpredictable with appointments and treatment results erratic.

Hygienist is amazing. Thorough, pain free and a lovely person too!

Surprising all went much better than I was expecting. Can’t say it was totally pain free but manageable, (I had been told to say if it got too much but did not ask) treatment competed and on my way home even before my appointment time was due.

My hygienist was the best ever, sadly I can’t remember her name. She could tell I was nervous and was so kind and caring. I never knew you could have numbing gel put on your gums if you have sensitive teeth!! Thank you so much, it was a much better experience, see you in 6 months.

Sanjay Rayarel the proprietor of Eastgate has excellent communication skills, along with his trained team, Very friendly and approachable, makes you feel very relaxed in his dental Centre both privately and through NHS. I always feel very welcomed and wish him more success in his nearest future. I always look forward in receiving treatment from this impressive dental Centre.
I have visited both the NHS dental clinic and private clinics and I have been both impressed with the service I have received through booking, updating health status etc, regular texts, reminders of forthcoming appointments in both clinics.
Of my recent visit in the private clinic I was greeted by Laureen who was very approachable, professional, and nice to talk to, eased myself having my treatment. I enjoy my dentist appointments. I ask for Lauren each time
Reception staff are friendly, along with dental assistants within my appointments and requesting a printed receipt copy for my private health care entitlements.
On my last appointment, I was given a few Tepe's to help reduce plague build-up behind my back front teeth, which I had recently purchased more and help a lot in between my teeth.
