Had such a good experience here recently. I had some surgery put on hold until I was able to get a dental letter, this felt very stressful as I know you can’t expect an immediate appointment or an immediate letter to be written, especially just before Christmas and I knew I wouldn’t feel settled until this was sorted although I had some time to sort it. Anika was so accommodating got me fitted in very quickly and dealt with the whole situation amazingly which took away a huge amount of stress.

Such a welcoming practice . The staff are always so helpful. My dentist was taken sick but I was still seen the same day by a most friendly dentist Anika who
was warm and friendly putting me at ease. I am so glad I am at this practice.

After my appointment this morning, I felt it was necessary to write this review of just how outstanding this dental practice is from start to finish. (Its fairly long but I promise it is worth the read!)

I am an extremely nervous patient currently undergoing a lot of restorative dental work due to knock on effects of previous health issues, I am only 25. I put it off for a long time as I always felt so embarrassed and didn't know where to start until I met Priyanka. Priyanka has gone out of her way to provide nothing but absolutely excellent care, not only dental wise but with her overall patient care. Priyanka quite literally is changing the quality of my life with her work. I don't feel like a 'patient' I feel like she is truly in the job because she wants to make a difference.

She talks me through what she thinks is best is why, consults colleagues for further opinions if needed, explains what she is doing when she is doing it and is extremely thorough. Her overall level of patient care is next to none. I feel completely at ease with her and every single dental assistant she has had working with her has also been so lovely and caring.

Not only this but I have to give a little mention to the receptionists too. They are always so friendly and welcoming and as front of house they really deserve acknowledgement too!

This practice is honestly amazing, thankyou to everyone who has helped or contributed towards my dental journey so far, each one of you make a huge difference.

Please do not hesitate to come to this practice, they are remarkable!

I had extensive treatment today which was carried out with utmost professionalism, respect and caring. My dentist Priyanka and her assistant Anya worked so well together.
As I’ve got older I’ve become more phobic about going to the dentist.
However, today both Priyanka and Anya work in respectful harmony together which creates such a peaceful and calm atmosphere. This helped me to remain calm and relaxed for the various treatments performed today which took 1.75 hours. I’m very grateful to have Priyanka as my dentist. She explains everything which enables me to know what’s to be expected. Both Priyanka and Anya are a real asset to Eastgate Dental Centre.

Again, came and saw Oliver for a tooth removal, wa sun and out within ten mins, no pain! Honestly so so happy he’s my dentist! Couldn’t be happier

What a great dentist Anika is, so caring and patient and reassuring and such a lovely lady. All the treatment was explained fully in advance. Rebecca is an amazing patient and caring nurse too. The two of them together made me feel so relaxed whilst having my treatment done. I came out of the dental practice smiling which is something people don't do very often. Thank you so much

Anika & Rebecca Two charming women, you don't feel like you are at the dentist's and you are overwhelmed by fear. It is completely otherwise very friendly atmosphere with a lot of smile. I recommend everyone these two wonderful women❤️
