Best dental experience I’ve had. After being put on a cancellation waiting list, I was called within a few days to pull my appointment forward which was great as the sooner I had the treatment, the better. I went in for a 45 minute procedure which I wasn’t particularly looking forward to! Dr Chirag and Vanessa could not have been kinder or more reassuring. Dr Chirag explained everything he was doing throughout and constantly checked I was ok. And to top it off, I didn’t feel any pain! A really lovely dental practice. Thank you

I phoned up for an emergency appointment at 8.30am and was told to come in at 10am and wait for a dentist to be available to see me.
Arrived at 10 and was seen by 10.15!
Prescription given and next appointment made by 10.30.
Couldn’t have been happier with the service, the helpfulness of the dentist and reception staff and the overall feeling of care that was given. Thank you.

Ashmi is amazing, I’ve always been terrified of going to the dentist and yet she makes me feel at ease as soon as I arrive. My Wedding is coming up in 6 weeks’ time and Ashmi has just replaced a massive filling at the front of my teeth, which has been a cause of a lot of self-consciousness over the years. I’m so grateful that this was a Saturday appointment, as my original appointment was pre-booked for my second day in my new job. I’m incredibly pleased with the result, as it’s the perfect colour match for my teeth and by far the best filling I’ve ever had - you can’t even see it’s a filled tooth. I can’t recommend Ashmi and all of the professional, friendly and helpful Team at Eastgate Dental Centre highly enough, however busy they are (and they are consistently extremely busy) they don’t lose that level of Customer care that is so lovely, but sadly rare these days.
