I've been going here for several years now and even though I've left the county when I moved I don't want to leave my dentist. I'm a nervous patient but both the hygienist and dentist are always reassuring and keep me calm. Today was my first day back during the pandemic and I was impressed with how secure the measures were. Thank you.

Excellent
Ashmi and Sophie were so good.
I am quite a nervous patient, but was continuously at ease by Ashmi running through the procedure before, during and after.

Lorraine was lovely, accepted seeing me after I was not happy and I forward a complain 3 weeks after my appointment and she has made me realise my staining was caused after her appointment using a kind of mouthwash which I promptly throw away and can t thanks her enough to have seen me and so understand the cause of the problem being no her no having done the job properly but stain coming afterwards using regularly that kind of mouthwash.

I am a very nervous patient having spent years trying to avoid the dentist!
I started using Eastgate in the lockdown as my usual dentist wasn’t doing treatment work, not helpful when in pain.
I called up this practice who took me on, privately but on their den plan treatment programme.
Totally put on ease by the dentist, I had to have a wisdom tooth out too, was very nervous but again put at ease.
I know will attend the dentist without stress and nervousness!! Thank you 😀

I’ve been with this dental practice since 2013- visited today for the first time in a year and was reassured by the safety measures in place. Sad to learn my old dentist had moved on but the standard of care was still v high and I thought Anisah the hygenist was very thorough.
