My experience

The consultation was very professional and thorough. Odd that on arriving 6 minutes before my 2.00 p.m. appointment, I was told the surgery didn't open till 2.00 and I would have to wait outside on a very hot sunny day. As I say an odd way to treat customers.

Reassured me throughout

It was a good service from the start to finish, receptionist was very polite and friendly and the Dentist told me everything he was going to do and reassured me throughout the whole process. To be honest, I couldn't have had a better experience with the dentist

Made me feel at ease

All staff polite and friendly. Easily got an appointment. Dentist was thorough and explained everything. Made me feel at ease.
When making an appointment can it be on the confirmation email/text where in the building to go ie upstairs, downstairs or across the car park in the other building? That way I’ll be in the right place at the right time for my appointment.
