Charlotte was very professional, she kept me updated on any changes to the appointment which helped as my appointment was scheduled earlier than originally planned. She was very thorough throughout the appointment and recommended best practices for maintaining oral hygiene. Thank you

My experience
I've been a patient at Eastgate for nearly 15 years and have always had a good experience, this last one was no different. But I do think that £91 for a hygienist appointment is very steep and having to leave a deposit for my next appointment when there are other bills to pay in my life isn't great either and seems a little greedy, but the overall experience is generally very good
