I had a tooth extracted and the dentist explained everything to me, what to expect and after care. I did not experience any pain at all.

I had a 6 monthly check up with Saager who is such a lovely dentist - so friendly, encouraging, gentle and very thorough both in his examination and his explanatory comments afterwards.

Great service
Arrived and started my examination when the hygienist couldn’t get the air flow machine working. She was extremely apologetic and managed to move me to another hygienist whose airflow machine was working. All done efficiently and immediately. Great service.

Calm and encouraging
I cannot thank the dentist enough for being kind, patient and understanding when my 10 year old was refusing to have his filling. As a parent it was such a hard situation as my son was very distressed, however the calm and encouraging nature of the dentist helped him get back into the chair.

Was seen on time, options and explanations were given.
The only criticism is that no one there is not overly welcoming, polite or friendly. In a situation where you are visiting the dentist, reassurance and kindness cost nothing and would be very helpful.
