Nice welcome, explained that I couldn’t access a questionnaire but receptionist was helpful in letting me know what information was needed so I was ready. Dentist and dental nurse both lovely. Informative and explained everything as she was going. Great.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist. The dentist very good and treats as a person and interacts with you. Dental nurse very efficient. Appointments are very easy to make at times that are suitable for you.

Comfortable throughout
Friendly staff making me feel at ease from the beginning. My hygienist and I had a chat updating her of my dental condition. Clear explanation as to what was going to happen during my visit. Comfortable throughout, I felt she paid great attention to my teeth and gums and we discussed next steps appropriate for me. Came out really noticing how clean my teeth felt!

Eastgate Dental Centre
I'm a very nervous dental patient, and prior to my visit today, I have cried at every single appointment I have attended. But on my previous visit, I saw Rohan as an emergency. He made me feel so much at ease in that appointment, that when I went today, I wasn't anxious, I wasn't thinking about running. I didn't even cry. Because I felt so comfortable due to our last visit. For the first time ever, I'm not worried about getting my teeth sorted out, I feel much more at ease about it. I honestly cannot thank him enough.
