I can’t fault the appointment

Apart from being nearly 25minutes late in seeing me, I can’t fault the appointment, extremely friendly, and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease as I’m not great with dentists. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Friendly receptionist, given an appointment quickly and the dentist was extremely helpful and has also arranged for a check up in a weeks time. Can't fault them.

Hygienist was absolutely brilliant

From reception, hygienist and dentist everything was very organised. Hygienist was absolutely brilliant. So kind and patient. Dentist too was very caring and efficient.

My experience

I was seen on time, that’s good.
The dentist was very professional.
Eastgate have two buildings, both with two floors, you never know until you turn up where to find your dentist. The receptionists, I saw two, weren’t 100% on where I was supposed to be.
But we got there in the end.

My experience

Hygienist appointment was very good.
Unfortunately none of the 3 toilets were working, no running water at all downstairs, upstairs toilet out of order.
The lovely lady on reception assured me it had been reported and was waiting to be rectified.

Approachable, polite

I have to say this is my 2nd or 3rd time meeting my dentist and she is always so approachable, polite and really makes you feel listened to. Always a happy-to-help attitude and gives good advice.
I feel when people are doing a great job and it comes across so natural - this should be praised and noticed!
My appointment was yesterday at 16:45.
