Highly recommend, first class

I visited Eastgate Dental Centre this morning to see a new Hygienist (Marie) (my usual Hygienist had moved from the area) and she was a lovely lady who was very kind, empathetic and only too happy to put me at my ease. She recommended some mouthwash and dental brushes to help improve my gums and was very encouraging with her onward plans for my dental care. I would highly recommend a visit to this Dental Practice which I have always found to be first class.

My experience

I had a toothache which had recurred after having previously been prescribed Amoxicillin several weeks previously. I had hoped to have an appointment with my newly assigned regular dentist but there was some confusion when I telephoned for the appointment and I was given an emergency appointment with another dentist instead. I have now made an appointment with my new dentist with a view to discussing a more permanent solution to my damaged tooth but it would have been preferable to have seen him on this occasion rather than at a later date.

Explained to me fully

I was welcomed in a very friendly way by the reception staff and waited in the very impressive waiting area. My consultation began before the appointed time. Everything that was to happen during the consultation was ecafter which the treatment was carried out very efficiently. My future treatment was discussed in detail. All extremely professional.
