My dentist appointment was very good. The waiting time was short today. The dentist was new so it was my first appointment with her. She was very good and explained everything clearly and in a calming manner. I was a bit worried about changing dentists as I was very happy with my last dentist, but I am reassured now that I'm in good hands. Thank you.

Recently I was struggling with a very bad tooth problem, I called Eastgate Dental Centre where I secured an appointment, I had been a client some time ago and for personal reasons I had been unable to attend more recently. While contacting I would like to say how kind and supportive the practice was, I pay particularly thanks to Selai, her skills and kindness were to be recommended which I will be pleased to do, lucky are the people that attended your practice with the likes Selai and the others of your staff, thank you so much for the help you gave to me.

Excellent experience
Check up appointment. Our experience with Dr Heydari was excellent, everything was well explained and his manner when dealing with my young daughter was brilliant. The only area of improvement could have been waiting time, which was around 30 mins from the appt time. However, we were apologised to and thanked for waiting which was appreciated.
