I’ve been using Azzure since they first opened having had a very poor experience at another local dentist which left me with chronic hearing & eyesight issues. I find Azzures service excellent in all departments, chalk & cheese compared to the previous dentist. So glad I elbowed them into touch.

Danielle was amazing , I didn’t think I would be able to fix my teeth but Danielle was honest and reassuring throughout the process!
I had the fixed ice brace on for just over 6 months I couldn’t believe how quickly my teeth moved and how pain free the process was ! Straight away Danielle would put me at ease with her calm and friendly manner and was always telling me each step throughout my appointments! She would always get back to me straight away if I had any questions ! And always made sure I was okay during appointments ! So big thank you Danielle!

I attended Azure Dental today for a consultation with Dan the dentist and would very much recommend him to anyone considering dental work. Dan was attentive, friendly, and very professional. He explained all my options of treatment to me very well and made sure I fully understood what each option involved. I needed an emergency dental appointment and was seen that day. My tooth was in a bad way, with a few treatments I now have a crown fitted. My experience was excellent, James and Patrie were lovely, I didn’t feel a thing and everything was explained to me in detail. All the other staff I met there were lovely too so I would highly recommend and will be going back there, thank you

Seen the hygienist first who was great, James has left so saw a new dentist, seemed to know his profession, however wasn't happy with suggestion my main symptoms was psychological ( in my head).
Looking elsewhere for findings.

After visiting many Dentists and having traumatic and upsetting experiences since I was very young and up until a few years ago, I have become an extremely nervous/anxious person about visiting a Dentist, I found Azure Dental surgery whilst browsing for sympathetic/understanding Dentists. On my first visit the staff put me at ease as soon as I went through the door, they are caring and understanding, I was not rushed and will go at your pace, I have only had a few appointments so far and although I am still very nervous, I feel I am able to go for another appointment as they have shown me a lot of empathy and haven't judged me. I would recommend anyone who feels the way I do about Dentists to give Azure Dentists a call and speak to them.

I began attending Azure in April 2022, my issues were dealt with within the week; no pain at all, eliminated my fear of dentists
I had further treatment December 2022, again no pain; I have also continued to attend my hygienist appointments for the best results ever, I highly recommend Azure

Megan was happy with James who as she is autistic he understood the requirements to be careful how he dealt with her the only issue is we thought he would have been aware that they could not refer her for sedation treatment as we are under a different local authority and then it took 3 weeks to get the scan details and Megan still is suffering from toothache - we now await treatment from a different local authority

Hello Viv, thank you for your comments. We honestly tried to do our best for Megan but unfortunately the refererral system has changed hugely over recent months as many NHS services are experiencing a huge surge in demand as a result of the closure in dentistry over Covid. This has meant that the criteria for acceptance are forever getting even stricter.
and sadly the only way to find out if a referral will be accepted is just to submit it and hope for the best. We really do hope Megan gets her toothache resolved soon and wish you all the best.

Has my ice brace fitted a week and a half ago and was very nervous. Dan made the whole process from consultation to fitting very painless. I don’t know what I was worried about. Had a wire come loose and I was fitted in straight away to be put right. Staff are all very help, friendly and welcoming. Nothing is a problem. So far so good on the first part of my journey. Looking forward to seeing some results. Thanks Team Azure and Dan!
