In a difficult period of finding a dentist that accepts you, I can’t thank Bangor Dental Academy enough. Professional, unhurried and didn’t feel like it was a focus to generate more treatments that were not necessary. This is how a dentist should be and can’t value their advice time and care enough. Amazing service
Absolutely amazing service today 10/10!! I was running late for my emergency dental appointment due to the bridge closures, phoned up and made them aware, the lady on the phone was absolutely lovely! She did make me aware that I might not have been seen, within 10 minutes I received a phonecall back to ask if I was close to the practice, arrived and to my surprise I was seen by the emergency dentist. I was extremely nervous as I knew I needed my tooth removing, the dentist and his female assistant reassured me the whole way, the lady held my hand and kept me calm throughout the procedure. Considering I was probably one of the last patients of the day, and was running late, problems arose during treatment and needed extra care. Not once did I feel rushed. High standard of customer care! Thank you guys

My first visit to this new practice in Bangor. Ravi my the dentist was very friendly, very professional and thorough examining the health of my mouth and gums as well as my teeth. Xrays confirmed no teeth needing treatment and Ravi even gave them a scrape and Polish.
To book a further check up in 6 months.
Well worth the 24 mile drive.

Bangor Dental Academy are the best dentist I have ever been to! Everyone is friendly and relaxed and professional through and through, I highly recommend them, especially Emily and Taha and the team who together brought my teeth back to great shape
