Made to feel at ease
I was booked in professionally, and was seen on time. The dentist was very nice, I was made to feel at ease and everything was explained to me about what was going to happen. I was given some options as well.

Made my children relaxed
Very professional but also friendly. Made my children relaxed and spoke to them at a level they both understood. Good education was also given on the importance of cleaning teeth.

My appointment was a friendly experience. Great levels of care and communication. There were some new methods of checking the health of the patient which I thought was great and very new to me. with added communication in order to gain extra information. Excellent service.
