Settled my nerves straight away

Absolutely everything, staff polite, friendly and informative, settled my nerves straight away and I didn’t feel rushed as in previous practices. Building clean and bright.Thank you.

Explained the treatment I required

I felt completely at ease despite being a little apprehensive prior to my appointment. The dentist, Emily, was pleasant, knowledgeable and explained the treatment I required in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel confident in her expertise for my next appointment with her. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful which is great as she is the first point of contact on arrival. Thank you for a pleasant experience Bangor Academy.
