It's been an excellent service since my initial appointment as I've said before , from the pleasant greeting by the reception staff to the dentists themselves
Just completed a 3 appointment hygiene course and am fully satisfied with the treatment and advice offered by the student dentists who made me fully comfortable they were 100% competent in what they were doing.
Just had a routine annual appointment and had the same standard of attention as above.

Excellent cleanliness, also the dentist was fantastic, took the time to go into everything and check everything, we didn’t feel rushed at all like in some dental practices, she was very good also with my two children.

Explained everything
I went in for a root canal and the dental practitioner was very good, he explained everything to me step by step and at one point I felt a slight pain and the dental nurse noticed and she immediately asked if I was ok. Very impressed through the process as I am a nervous patient.

After not going to a dentist since I was 16, I registered with Bangor Acadamy and have today just been to my 3rd appointment with Emily, she really puts you at ease and each time everything is explained before starting, there is no rush and all carried out in a timely and professional manner.
The next appointment is discussed along with areas to focus on, these are promptly booked on the front desk and emailed directly to myself, I'm then able it to save to my phones calendar, an email and text is also sent nearer to the time as a reminder.
