First class service
Really good service. Reception staff, detal nurse and dentist all very welcoming and cheerful. Great and thorough check up from the dentist. First class service.
One suggestion is that reception area could be more comfortable and welcoming.

A wisdom tooth extracted
I had an impacted wisdom tooth extracted. I warned the dentist beforehand that I had fainted on a previous extraction and she was amazing at telling me exactly what was going to happen at every step. Jenny and her assistant were wonderful at ensuring a necessary, but unpleasant procedure was as caring as possible. The anaesthetic hasn't worn off yet so time will tell, but so far the whole experience was much better than I expected

Highly recommend
Referred by my own dentist for a more complicated extraction. Everything was explained very clearly to me by the specialist surgeon, Jenny Berger, which enabled me to make what I felt was a truly informed decision. The procedure was very successful due entirely to her knowledge and skill. In fact, all the staff at the practice that I came into contact with were friendly, helpful and reassuring. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Being a very nervous patient, I really began to feel relaxed and at ease here thanks to the very informative, and extremely patient Dental surgeon and her efficient assistant. All staff inc the Receptionist were very polite, kind and helpful which I appreciated very much. I actually don't dread my next treatment as much now following today's visit. Thank you all so much. I highly recommend the Dental Academy.

Emergency appointment
Brilliant service, phoned at 8.30am for an emergency appointment and had one a few hours later. Dr Sean and his nurse put me at ease and managed my pain well before procedure. Didn’t feel a thing during.

I had a stump of a tooth removed this morning. The ady dentist was superb. Explained the procedure, exactly what to expect etc in great detail. I never experienced pain or discomfort during the procedure. Very happy with my care today. Thank you

Absolutely wonderful. I am an extremely nervous patient, if I actually sit the chair its a miracle. The gentleman dentist I saw today was terrific, he understood my fear & only did exactly what I asked him to. He was welcoming, friendly, and put me at ease as did his assistant, also wonderful. 100/10 for them both.
