Went in to have my first tooth removal. All went well despite it being tough to remove. Everything was explained well and all questions were answered. My dentist had to call in another dentist to help remove the final root and I appreciated her requesting additional support when she needed it and also the lady that got the last bits out.

What a lovely practice this is. The waiting area is big and bright and the reception staff were really nice. This was my first visit so I had a "new patient " appointment. I was late being called in but the dentist - Hannah - apologised for the wait. She explained everything clearly that was going to happen, took xrays and then talked me through them, and what the next steps were. Very pleasant experience.
