My experience today was excellent. My appointment was conducted promptly and on time. The dental surgery itself is beautiful and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing.
My treatment was carried out very professionally- I’m really pleased with the results.

The students carrying out the hygiene procedure were very good at explaining everything as they went along. Their tutor was available to them without appearing overbearing. A good experience all told.

Jenny is amazing! She takes her time to explain the procedures and makes her patients feel welcomed and comfortable. I cannot thank her enough! She is an asset to the dental industry🥰

Attended the practice as an emergency patient and honestly I’ve never felt so grateful. Everyone was beyond friendly, the dentist kept me fully informed, explaining every step thoroughly and alleviating all my anxiety, which is significant as my teeth have sadly been neglected for many years. Definitely helped overcome some historic fears. Cant thank you all enough. Very much appreciated.

Wonderful! I hate going to the dentist but Dr.Mirza was brilliant. This was only my new patient appointment but he went through all my previous treatment and gave me many options for future work on my teeth. I felt reassured and now confident that I have someone well- informed, and caring looking after my teeth.

This time I was with Robyn who was very professional and Mari was so good checking her work and advising her. They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and I can honestly say Robyn was brilliant with giving me injections and I did not feel her doing it at all. Ready for 2 fillings

Well where do it start. Appointment today was for my son who is 19 and myself. Previous NHS dentist but after years of practice problems it’s been a long time since we have been seen. Managed to get parked when we arrived, always a bonus. Found the building very easily and entered a nice building with a warm greeting.
Didn’t have to wait long and were able to go through and been seen the dentist. What a lovely team.
The dentist himself was amazing. Introduced himself and the team and then proceeded to talk lovely with my son, who is autistic, to ensure he was comfortable. Explained everything he was going to be doing and did what he needed to do. No rush and provided a lot of reassurance in a kind and relaxed manor. Very gentle and made my son feel very relaxed.
After he finished with him he then proceeded to treat myself. Again very gentle, very pleasant and a lovely group of girls working alongside him.
My son is very wary of the dentist and it’s something we have always struggled with but he has left with a very positive experience and has talked about it positively ever since. So pleased. Can’t thank you enough. See you all again soon 🦷
