I can't find enough words to compliment the treatment I received with Emily Luck and her colleagues this morning. Competent and professional in all ways and I hardly felt the needle she was so gentle. Her knowledge of my diabetes was clear and she took time to explain in detail the procedure to remove my root. Lovely modern facilities and uniforms worn by all staff, friendly atmosphere and spotless.
What a wonderful Academy in Bangor, easy to park and find from the emails to also remind me of my appointment.

We have three neurodivergent boys, of which all struggle with dental appointments, especially our youngest who is petrified of anything going near his face. Danielle is amazing, from explaining everything to letting the boys touch and feel the instruments before they are used so they knew what to expect, no surprises, no meltdowns. Outstanding care of our boys.

I’m slightly embarrassed to admit I’ve not been to the dentist for about 6-7 yrs! However I would highly recommend this dentist. My dentist was Sean I think? He was friendly and fully explained everything he was doing, why he was checking things. The dental nurse was also equally as lovely. The practice is bright, clean, airy. The receptionist was also very kind, smiley and friendly. I’m very grateful they took me on as it’s so hard to get a dentist! Thank you everyone x

I received the most excellent care at the Dental Academy today. Dr Emily Luck was so gentle and kind as one tooth definitely didn't want to come out she worked well on it and successfully removed it.
