Calm and reassuring
I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time as I'm very nervous but Danielle was excellent. Really calm and reassuring. She explained what was going to happen and my treatment plan. I felt very reassured by her and it made it a lot easier for me.

What a superb service, clear options, good, detailed explanations that made sense.
I registered via the Welsh dental service and was allocated to the Dental Academy and I’m so impressed. My dentist and dental nurse were skilled and clear. The receptionist was knowledgeable and welcoming.

To discuss implant treatment
After debating with the idea of a tooth implant for some time after a severe tooth infection left me with a gap in my back teeth, I made my first visit to discuss implant treatment. Lara and her assistant made me feel welcome and put my anxiety at ease. We discussed what the procedure would involve in detail including the cost and was happy to answer any questions I had. I left feeling confident to go ahead and booked the next steps. I found the place clean and modern and staff very friendly. Would recommend

Excellent, caring
I arrived a few minutes late for a check-up and apologised to the reception and she said O. K. and booked me in straight away. A few seconds later I was called in.
The Dentist was very thorough and we discussed a few options regarding follow up treatment.
I found this dental practice excellent, caring, and very helpful.
