Amazing experience for me after being in excruciating pain for a week. I had an emergency appointment today and was seen by Lauren Wong and her assistant. I was put at ease and had an X-ray revealing that I needed my wisdom tooth extracted.
Lauren went through everything with me and said that she would do it straight away for me. I had injections to numb the pain and she removed the wisdom tooth and then stitched the area up as I am on blood thinners.
She then went through an after care procedure and gave me a leaflet and padding for excess blood.
Thank you both for your help and it’s great to be pain free at last.

On Monday the 20thi had an apointment at 16 00 i phoned up to ask about the parking situation due to me traveling from Meliden only to be told it was only for a consultation. I explained to the receptionist it was a long way to come so she said could you get here for 14 30 of which i jumped at the chance .I can only say i had nothing but exerlent service from the moment i got there until the moment i left ,your academy was immaculately clean if B C needs to take a leaf out of your book and show them how a place is run Many thanks Malcolm Wilkinson
