I suffer with extremely bad anxiety i was really scared to go to my emergency dentist appointment but when I got there the dentist was amazing with me I stressed but was reassured that I will be ok and if I wanted to go with any other options I can I am really happy with how I was treated thank you for keeping me calm

Made to feel at ease
Brilliant dentist. Explained everything that I was getting done and often asked if I was ok during treatment. Made to feel at ease for the duration of my time in the chair.

Quickly got an emergency appointment, polite team and an all round pleasant visit ( as pleasant as a trip to the dentist can be ), my dentist ( Danielle ) is professional yet down to earth enough to put you at ease.

Allocated a place via the Dental Access Portal, had a thorough check, including xrays and two fillings on the first visit, then an appointment set with a hygienist. Opted for an appointment with a student and would recommend it (I'm told it's much reduced rate also)- I had a very competent student with a supervisor also completing checks and tests, so like a double check for the price of one. Honestly, nobody has previously explained the techniques and processes of dental hygiene than the student I had. Great scaling done too and very gentle and mindful staff. Thank you.
